The requested funding amount is based on pricing received through <br /> the City's Job Order Contracting process. The requested amount includes Washington State sales tax, fees <br /> and cop$in.cti..on.contingency, <br /> This project will_`b?e.the fist of three phases for window replacements at the Wall Street Building. The <br /> second phase, slated for 2018,will replace approximately 50 glazing units on the south side of the building. <br /> The third phase, slated for 2019,will replace approximately 50 glazing units on the east side of the building. <br /> The phasing plan is consistent with planned general fund repair and renovation projects and projected <br /> funding through the next several years. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance creating the special construction fund entitled"Wall Street Building Window <br /> Replacemeiit_Project,"Fund 342,Program 025 to accumulate all costs for the construction project, in the <br /> amountrof$.1.55;000. 1 <br />
