CONSENT: <br /> (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $1,403,687.84 for the period of October 28, 2017 through November 3, 2017. <br /> (7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $4,014,175.80 for the period ending October 28, 2017. <br /> (8) Authorize the Call for Bids for construction of the Legion Golf Course Storm Water <br /> Detention Project. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> (9) Authorize Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the real estate purchase and sale <br /> agreement with Snohomish County Health District in substantially the form provided <br /> for the property located 3020 Rucker Avenue. <br /> (10) Adopt Resolution setting public hearing before the City Council on December 13, 2017, <br /> at 6:30 p.m. to receive comments on the City's intent to establish an expanded <br /> Business Improvement Area (BIA), to provide for the levy of a special assessment for <br /> three years, approve a three year budget, and to disestablish, terminate, and dissolve <br /> the current smaller BIA, repealing Ordinance 2842-05. <br /> (11) Authorize the purchase of playground equipment and installation for Hauge <br /> Homestead Park from Landscape Structures Inc., in the amount of $164,870.14 <br /> including Washington State sales tax. <br /> (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 6 with Otak, Inc. to extend the contract <br /> term for engineering and design services though December 31, 2019 at no additional <br /> cost to the city. <br /> (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement <br /> with GeoEngineers for the Lake Chaplain Road culvert replacement project in an <br /> amount not to exceed $7,914.00 plus Washington State sales tax. <br /> (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Capital Construction Grant Agreement GCB2818 with <br /> the Washington State Department of Transportation for preliminary engineering and <br /> design of an 80-stall park and ride. <br /> (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Capital Equipment and Vehicle Grant Agreement <br /> GCB2819 with the Washington State Department of Transportation for three electric <br /> 40-foot fixed-route buses and charging infrastructure. <br />
