(19) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Shake Alert License Agreement and Terms of Service with the United States Geological Survey for an early earthquake warning notification system pilot program. (20) Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2017 amended Agreement between the Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County and the City of Everett settling cost sharing for the Henry M. Jackson Hydroelectric Project in the amount of $467,469.00. (21) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Perteet, Inc. for final design of Downtown Streetscape Improvements Phase 2 extending the date of completion to December 31, 2018 at no additional cost.
