(3rd and final reading on 12-13-17). <br /> (7) CB 1711-58 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance adopting the budget for <br /> the City of Everett for the year 2018 in the amount of $552,600,642. (3rd and final <br /> reading on 12-13-17). <br /> (8) CB 1711-59 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing Fund No. 451, a <br /> Special Enterprise Fund, entitled "Everett-Tulalip Joint Water Line Fund" as established <br /> by Ordinance No. 2917-06. (3rd and final reading on 12-20-17). <br /> CONSENT: <br /> (9) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $1,459,937.76 for the period of November 18, 2017 through November 22, 2017. <br /> (10) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $3,955,918.51 for the period ending November 11, 2017. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> (11) Adopt Resolution accepting the EnvisionEverett 2037 report as a foundation document <br /> for future planning. <br /> (12) CB 1711-56- 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing the <br /> basic salary schedule for employees of the City of Everett for 2018, repealing <br /> Ordinance 3527-16. <br /> (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Outcomes by <br /> Levy, LLC to provide consulting services on legislative matters primarily at the state <br /> and regional levels from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 at a cost not to <br /> exceed $79,160. <br /> (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Signal Group <br /> Consulting, LLC (formerly McBee Strategic Consulting, LLC) to provide consulting <br /> services on legislative matters primarily at the state and regional levels from January <br /> 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 at a cost not to exceed $120,000. <br /> (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement with Washington <br /> Military Department for Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC) and <br /> Pacific Northwest Emergency Management Arrangement (PNEMA) assistance. <br />
