ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing Fund No. 451, a Special <br /> Enterprise Fund,entitled, "Everett-Tulalip Joint Water Line <br /> Fund"as established by Ordinance No. 2917-06 <br /> WHEREAS,the Special Enterprise Fund entitled"Everett-Tulalip Joint Water Line Fund"was <br /> established to provide for identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the Special Enterprise Fund entitled"Everett-Tulalip Joint Water Line Fund"Fund 451, as <br /> established by Ordinance No.2917-06 be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Everett-Tulalip Joint Water Line Fund" Fund 451, <br /> are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Design and Construction $ 10,235,897 <br /> Total Expenses $ 10,235,897 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Tulalip Tribes of Washington $ 5,000,000 <br /> City of Everett 5,000,000 <br /> Interest Income 235,897 <br /> Total Revenues $ 10,235,897 <br /> 88 <br />
