The Committee met 11 times over a 5-month period hearing <br /> presentations by city staff regarding the status of Everett's Vision 2025 goals and new initiatives <br /> that have been undertaken in the past decade. The report lays out possible actions the city can <br /> take in 9 topic areas; economic development, housing, education, transportation, homelessness, <br /> crime and substance abuse, arts, culture and recreation, parks and the environment.
