ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FEDERAL FUNDING <br /> Federal Award Date: 9/28/2017 <br /> Federal Award Identification Number(FAIN): 2017-WF-AX-0030 <br /> Total amount of the federal award: $3,196,090.00 <br /> Total amount of federal award 2017-WF-AX-0030 funding in this grant: $16,085.00 <br /> Federal Award Date: 9/27/2016 <br /> Federal Award Identification Number(FAIN): 2016-WF-AX-0036 <br /> Total amount of the federal award: $ 3,200,839.00 <br /> Total amount of federal award 2016-WF-AX-0036 funding in this grant: $16,085.00 <br /> The Grantee agrees that any publications (written, visual, or sound) but excluding press releases, • <br /> newsletters, and issue analyses, issued by the Grantee describing programs or projects funded in <br /> whole or in part with federal funds under this Grant, shall contain the following statements: <br /> "This project was supported by subgrant No. F17-31103-035 awarded by the state <br /> administering office for the STOP Formula Grant Program. The opinions, findings, <br /> conclusions, and recommendations expressed in this publication/program/exhibition are <br /> those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect the views of the state or the U.S. <br /> Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women. Grant funds are administered by <br /> the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Community Services and Housing Division, <br /> Washington State Department of Commerce." <br /> 2. ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS (ACORN) <br /> Grantee agrees that it cannot use any federal funds, either directly or indirectly, in support of any <br /> contract or subaward to either the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now(ACORN) <br /> or its subsidiaries, without the express prior written approval of OVW. <br /> 3. BILLING PROCEDURES AND PAYMENT <br /> The Grantee shall submit all requests for reimbursement on the Invoice Voucher(A-19) form provided <br /> by OCVA program staff. <br /> Invoices shall be submitted at least quarterly, but not more often than monthly, on the Invoice Voucher <br /> (A-19) Forms. The Invoice Voucher shall be submitted to Jodi Honeysett, Program Manager, Office of <br /> Crime Victims Advocacy, Post Office Box 42525, Olympia,Washington 98504-2525. Invoices can also <br /> be submitted electronically by email Iodine.honeysettCa�commerce.wa.gov, or by fax (360) 586-7176. <br /> COMMERCE will pay Grantee upon acceptance of program activities provided and receipt of properly <br /> completed invoices. <br /> Payment shall be considered timely if made by COMMERCE within thirty (30) calendar days after <br /> receipt of properly completed invoices. Payment shall be sent to the address designated by the <br /> Grantee. <br /> COMMERCE may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Grant or withhold payments claimed by the <br /> Grantee for services rendered if the Grantee fails to satisfactorily comply with any term or condition of <br /> this Grant. <br /> No payments in advance or in anticipation of services or supplies to be provided under this Agreement <br /> shall be made by COMMERCE. <br /> Duplication of Billed Costs <br /> The Grantee shall not bill COMMERCE for services performed under this Agreement,and COMMERCE <br /> shall not pay the Grantee, if the Grantee is entitled to payment or has been or will be paid by any other <br /> source, including grants, for that service. <br /> Disallowed Costs <br /> 2 <br />
