„'Y/cy - '�,l • ORDINANCE NO. /6-49-F7 AN ORDINANCE amending Plan and System Ordinance No. 1207-85, which amended Plans and Systems Ordinance Nos. 1149-85, 1150-85, 1151-85 and 1177-85, changing Fund Numbers 373, 374, 375 and 376 to 713, 714, 717 and 720 respectively. WHEREAS, State Law provides that all of the activity for each Local Improvement District (L.I.D.) be accounted for in its own fund; and WHEREAS, It has been declared by the Bond Counselor to the City of Everett that State Law requires that Local Improvement District (L.I.D.) activity be confined to one fund; and WHEREAS, L.I.D. 's fall under the Special Assessment Grouping of Funds in the Budgeting, Accounting, and Reporting System (BARS) Manual; and WHEREAS, on December 16, 1987, the Everett City Council adopted Ordinance 1416-87 approving and confirming the assessments and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 713 and included additional contributions to this L.I.D. from Funds 301 and 316; and WHEREAS, on December 16, 1987, the Everett City Council adopted Ordinance 1412-87 approving and confirming the assessments and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 714 "A"; and WHEREAS, based on Ordinances 1412-87, 1416-87 and L.I.D. interest earned, there is a need to amend Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance 1207-85; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL THAT: Section 1: That sections 1 and 3 of Ordinance No. 1149-85 which read as follows: Section 1: A special construction fund is hereby established as fund 713, entitled "Design and Construction of Evergreen Way Improvements" to accomplish the actions authorized by Ordinance 1109-85 creating L.I.D. 713. Section 3: The sum of $2,139,500 is hereby appropriated to Fund 713, "Design and Construction of Evergreen Way Improvements.” The source of funds for the above appropriations shall be as follows: Program 340, E aergreen Way Improvements: $2,039,500 - Fund 713 L.I.D. 713 Assessment Roll/Bond Sale 100,000 - Fund 301 - 1/2 Cent Gas Tax $2,139,500 Are hereby amended as follows: Section 1: A special construction fund is hereby established as fund 713, entitled "Design and Construction of Evergreen Way Improvements" to accomplish the actions authorized by Ordinance 1109-85 creating L.I.D. 713.
