ORDINANCE NO. /. / -1Y AN ORDINANCE closing the "Evergreen Way Signalization" , Fund No . 328, as established by Ordinance No. 551-78, as amended by Ordinance No . 611-79 , as amended by Ordinance No. 686-80 , as amended by Ordinance No . 708-80, as amended by Ordinance No. 760-81 , on January 3 , 1989. WHEREAS, the "Evergreen Way Signalization" Fund No . 328 was to provide for said purpose and , WHEREAS , the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and , WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor collected revenues to be received . NOW , THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1 : That the "Evergreen Way Signalization" Fund No . 328 be closed as of January 3 , 1989 .
