• <br /> ORDINANCE NO./'6J?`7` -gS7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, Everett <br /> Municipal Code) to encompass an annexation area situated east of <br /> 19th Avenue SE between 102nd Place SE and 106th Place SE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on September 6 and September 27, <br /> 1988, the City of Everett Planning Commission held public hearings regarding <br /> the establishment of the zoning designation for the hereinafter described <br /> property annexed to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission has determined that said property <br /> should be zoned R-1, Single-family Low Density Residential. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning <br /> change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett <br /> and meets the purpose of the Everett Comprehensive General Plan. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, <br /> Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of a hereinafter <br /> described property: <br /> Legal Description: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the East right-of-way <br /> line of 19th Avenue S.E. and the South line of the <br /> North half of the North half of the North half of the <br /> Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section <br /> 20, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M. ; THENCE, East <br /> along said South line of said subdivision of said <br /> section to intersect the West line of the East 995 feet <br /> of the South half of the North half of the North half <br /> of said Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of <br /> said Section 20; THENCE, South along said West line of <br /> said East 995 feet of said subdivision of said section <br /> to intersect the South lineof said subdivision of said <br /> section; THENCE, West along said South line to <br /> intersect the East line of the West 260 feet of the <br /> Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said <br /> Section 20 (said intersection also being the Northwest <br /> corner of Lot 23, Plat of Chatham Place, according to <br /> the plat thereof recorded in Volume 26 of Plats, Page <br /> 98, records of Snohomish County); THENCE, South along <br /> said East line of said West 260 feet of said <br /> subdivision of said section to intersect the North line <br /> of the Plat of Firgrove Addition, according to the plat <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 25 of Plats, Page 31, <br />
