• <br /> • <br /> 1 have merely signed a petition. A written request for <br /> reconsideration shall be filed with the Examiner within ten (10) <br /> 2 working days after the written decision of the Examiner has been <br /> rendered. This request shall set forth the specific errors of <br /> 3 fact and/or law relied upon. The Examiner shall act within ten <br /> (10) working days after the date of the filing of the request for <br /> 4 reconsideration. The Examiner may deny the request in writing or <br /> issue a revised decision or reconvene the public hearing. If an <br /> 5 additional hearing is reconvened, notice of said hearing shall be <br /> mailed to all parties of record not less than ten (10) working <br /> 6 days prior to the hearing date and the Examiner's written <br /> decision shall be rendered within fifteen (15) working days of <br /> 7 the conclusion of the hearing. <br /> 8 Section 4: SEVERABILITY. <br /> 9 Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase <br /> 10 of this Ordinance or its application to any person or situation be declared <br /> 11 unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect <br /> 12 the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance or its application <br /> 13 to any other person or situation.
