<br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Code
<br /> of the City of Everett, Ordinance No. 499-78 , M-M Zone
<br /> (E.M.C. Chapter 19 . 33 )
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Special Property Uses
<br /> are permitted in all zones in the City, except for the M-M, Medium
<br /> Manufacturing Zone; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that specific
<br /> recreational uses which fall under the Special Property Use
<br /> ection of the Zoning Code should be permitted in the M-M zone if
<br /> hey can meet the criteria established in Section 19 . 58 .010 of the
<br /> toning Code;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> Section l : That Section 1(B) of Ordinance 499-78 (E.M.C.
<br /> ' 9. 33 .020, M-M Zone) , which currently reads as follows:
<br /> The following uses shall be permitted unconditionally in
<br /> the M-M zone along with other uses as determined by the
<br /> building official .
<br /> A. Manufacturing: bakery, fabric, printing, drugs and
<br /> pharmaceuticals, leather goods, metal fabrication,
<br /> electronic office, measurement, and controlling
<br /> instruments, optical equipment, lighting and wiring
<br /> equipment, electronic receiving equipment, watches,
<br /> clocks and timing instruments, medical instruments,
<br /> jewelry, plastic;
<br /> { B. Warehouse, storage and distribution: all warehousing,
<br /> vehicle storage, wholesale trade, except petroleum and
<br /> live animals, contractor storage;
<br /> C. Parts or equipment assembly: assembly of products
<br /> listed under manufacturing;
<br /> D. Commercial uses: office buildings, commercial
<br /> parking, restaurants, equipment repair, business
<br /> services, credit unions, branch banks.
<br /> IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
<br /> The following uses shall be permitted unconditionally in
<br /> the M-M zone along with other uses as determined by the
<br /> building official .
