If the Consultant's proposal is <br /> attached as an exhibit, and if such proposal contains or incorporates any conditions or terms in addition to <br /> or different from the terms of this Agreement,then the Consultant expressly agrees that such conditions or <br /> terms are neither incorporated nor included into this Agreement between the City and Consultant. <br /> Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance. This Agreement shall commence as of the date of <br /> execution of this Agreement and shall be completed by_April 30,2018 <br /> Compensation. The City shall pay the Consultant only for services actually rendered. Such payment shall <br /> be full compensation for the services rendered, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, supplies, <br /> equipment and incidentals. The Consultant shall be paid $200.00 per hour. The Consultant shall also be <br /> paid$50.00 per round trip for travel from Des Moines,Washington, and Everett, Washington. <br /> Consultant may receive payment as reimbursement for Eligible Expenses actually incurred. "Eligible <br /> Expenses"means those types and amounts of expenses approved for reimbursement by the City.If approval <br /> for reimbursement is not obtained from the City prior to the Consultant's incurring the expense,Consultant <br /> acknowledges that the City retains the option not to reimburse the Consultant. If, and to the extent, <br /> overnight lodging in western Washington is authorized, Consultant is strongly encouraged to lodge within <br /> the corporate limits of City. When authorized,Consultant will be reimbursed 100%of lodging expense, if <br /> lodged within the corporate limits of the City, but Consultant will be reimbursed 50% of lodging expense <br /> when lodged outside the corporate limits of the City. If authorized,the City may(at its sole option)obtain <br /> or arrange air travel for the Consultant. Eligible expenses shall not exceed$ 0.00 . <br /> Total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a maximum of$20,000.00. The <br /> City may, in addition to any other remedy, withhold from any payment otherwise due an amount that the <br /> Page 1 <br />
