Exhibit "A" — Scope of Services <br /> City of Everett <br /> Riverfront Development— GEC Management, Survey, and Mapping <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> This task involves providing survey and engineering assistance to the City of Everett in support of Riverfront Development <br /> projects. Included in this task is survey and mapping, cost estimating,and general and detailed engineering on an as- <br /> needed basis. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Project Support and Management <br /> The scope of services for engineering design and technical to the City of Everett in support of the Riverfront Development. <br /> Perteet will provide consulting,develop cost estimates,and provide details and general engineering on an as needed basis. <br /> As requested by the City,tasks include: <br /> 1. PROJECT SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT <br /> Project Support <br /> 1.1. Attend meetings with City and developers <br /> 1.2. Update the overall cost of current and future Riverfront projects <br /> 1.3. Provide quantity take offs and cost estimates of projects <br /> 1.4. Provide drawings and details in support of the City's comments <br /> 1.5. Provide general consulting in support of the Riverfront Development <br /> Project Management <br /> 1.6. Prepare monthly billings,progress reports, including an updated monthly project schedule. <br /> 1.7. Attend weekly coordination/discussion meetings with key City staff, and attend other meetings as needed. <br /> 1.8. Maintain on-going contact with the City's Project Manager via informal meetings,telephone discussions,and <br /> electronic mail. <br /> 1.9. Perform quality control and assurance procedures on project deliverables. <br /> 1.10.
