1 <br /> The coverages provided by this policy to the City of <br /> 2 Everett, its officers, employees or agents or any other <br /> named insured shall not be terminated, reduced, or <br /> 3 otherwise changed in any respect without providing at least <br /> thirty (30) days prior written notice to the City Clerk of <br /> 4 the City of Everett." <br /> 5 <br /> Section 6: SEVERABILITY. <br /> 6 <br /> Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase <br /> 7 <br /> of this ordinance or its application to any person or situation be declared <br /> 8 <br /> unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect <br /> 9 <br /> the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its application <br /> 10 <br /> to any other person or situation. The City Council of the City of Everett <br /> 11 <br /> hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, <br /> 12 <br /> subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the <br /> 13 <br /> fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases <br /> 14 <br /> or portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional . <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Section 7: EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> 17 An emergency is hereby declared to exist.
