• <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. /4.4d7--a <br /> 2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE correcting the legal description of the rezone of <br /> 3 the area north of 112th Street S.E. between 1st Avenue West <br /> and Third Place S.E. by amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. <br /> 4 1443-88. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 7 Section 1 : That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1443-88 which reads as <br /> 8 follows: <br /> 9 <br /> That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by <br /> 10 Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, Everett <br /> Municipal Code) , is hereby amended by the addition of the <br /> 11 hereinafter described property: <br /> 12 That portion of the SE 1 /4 of Section 24, Township 28 N, Range 4 <br /> E.W.M. and the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 28 N, Range 5 <br /> 13 E.W.M. , described as follows: <br /> 14 BEGINNING at the intersection of the Section line common to said <br /> Sections 24 and 19, and the North right-of-way line of 112th <br /> 15 Street S.E. ; THENCE, East along said North right-of-way line to <br /> the SE corner of the Plat of Silver Lake Manor, according to the <br /> 16 plat thereof, recorded in Volume 28 of Plats, Page 41 , records of <br /> Snohomish County; THENCE, North along the East line of said plat <br /> 17 and the Northerly projection of said East line to the North line <br /> of the South 400 feet of the NW 1 /4 of the SW 1 /4 of said Section <br /> 18 19; THENCE, West along said North line of the South 400 feet of <br /> the NW 14 of the SW 1 /4 of said section and the Westerly <br /> 19 projection thereof to its intersection with the Westerly <br /> right-of-way line of 3rd Avenue S.E. ; THENCE, North along said <br /> 20 Westerly right-of-way line of 3rd Avenue S.E. to the Southeast <br /> corner of Lot 16, Plat of Kueffler - Tulares, 1st Add. , according <br /> 21 to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 56 of Plats, Page 6, <br /> records of Snohomish County; THENCE, West along the South line of <br /> 22 said plat to the Southeast corner of Lot 42, Plat of Berg's Add. , <br /> according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 18 of Plats, <br /> 23 Page 42, records of Snohomish County; THENCE, North along the <br /> East line of Lots 42 and 43 of said plat to the Northeast corner <br /> 24 of said Lot 43; THENCE, West along the North line of said Lot 43 <br /> and the Westerly projection thereof to the Northwest corner of <br /> 25 Lot 7 of said Berg's Add. ; THENCE, South along the West line of <br /> said plat and the Southerly projection thereof to the South <br /> 26 right-of-way line of 112th Street S.E. ; THENCE, East along said <br /> South right-of-way line to its intersection with the Section line <br /> 27 common to said Section 24 and 19; THENCE, North along said <br /> Section line to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 30 <br /> That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by <br /> 31 Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, Everett <br /> Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the <br /> 32 hereinafter described property: <br />
