• • 1 ORDINANCE NO. / 7 5-----eer 2 AN ORDINANCE correcting the legal description set forth in 3 Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1442-88 concerning the annexation of certain property located north of 112th 4 Street S.E. from First Avenue West to Third Place S.E. by amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1442-88. 5 6 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 7 Section 1 : That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1442-88 which reads as 8 follows: 9 10 That the property hereinafter described, be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Everett: 11 That portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 28 N, Range 4 12 E.W.M. and the SW 1 /4 of Section 19, Township 28 N, Range 5 E.W.M. , described as follows: 13 BEGINNING at the intersection of the Section line common to said 14 Sections 24 and 19, and the North right-of-way line of 112th Street S.E. ; THENCE, East along said North right-of-way line to 15 the SE corner of the Plat of Silver Lake Manor, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 28 of Plats, Page 41 , records of 16 Snohomish County; THENCE, North along the East line of said plat and the Northerly projection of said East line to the North line 17 of the South 400 feet of the NW 1 /4 of the SW 1 /4 of said Section 19; THENCE, West along said North line of the South 400 feet of 18 the NW 14 of the SW 1/4 of said section and the Westerly projection thereof to its intersection with the Westerly 19 right-of-way line of 3rd Avenue S.E. ; THENCE, North along said Westerly right-of-way line of 3rd Avenue S.E. to the Southeast 20 corner of Lot 16, Plat of Kueffler - Tulares, 1st Add. , according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 56 of Plats, Page 6, 21 records of Snohomish County; THENCE, West along the South line of said plat to the Southeast corner of Lot 42, Plat of Berg 's Add. , 22 according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 18 of Plats, Page 42, records of Snohomish County; THENCE, North along the 23 East line of Lots 42 and 43 of said plat to the Northeast corner of said Lot 43; THENCE, West along the North line of said Lot 43 24 and the Westerly projection thereof to the Northwest corner of Lot 7 of said Berg's Add. ; THENCE, South along the West line of 25 said plat and the Southerly projection thereof to the South right-of-way line of 112th Street S.E. ; THENCE, East along said 26 South right-of-way line to its intersection with the Section line common to said Section 24 and 19; THENCE, North along said 27 Section line to the POINT OF BEGINNING. 28 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 29 30 That the property hereinafter described, be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Everett: 31 32
