• • • 1 ORDINANCE NO. `'71L 1 —�� 2 AN ORDINANCE correcting the legal description for the Mukilteo 3 School District No. 6 property annexation which is set forth in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1440-88 by amending 4 Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1440-88. 5 6 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 7 Section 1 : That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1440-88 which reads as 8 follows: 9 That the property hereinafter described, be and the same is 10 hereby annexed to the City of Everett: 11 PARCEL # 1 - ADMINISTRATION CENTER & CHALLENGER ELEMENTARY SITE 12 That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 28 13 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , described as follows: 14 BEGINNING at the intersection of the North right of way line of 96th Street S.W. and the Northwesterly right of way line of Holly 15 Drive; THENCE, West along said Northerly right of way line of 96th Street S.W. to the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Plat 16 of Arcadia Gardens, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 38, records of Snohomish County; THENCE, 17 North along the East line of Lot 7 and the Northerly projection of said East line to the Northeast corner of Lot 9, Block 1 of 18 said Plat of Arcadia Gardens; THENCE, West along the North lines of Lots 9, 10, and 11 of said Block 1 of said plat to the 19 Southeast corner of Lot 17, O'Connor and Cronin's Midland Gardens No. 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 13 of 20 Plats, Page 94, records of Snohomish County; THENCE, North along the East line of said lot to the Northeast corner thereof; THENCE 21 West along the North line of said lot to the Northwest corner thereof; THENCE, South along the West line of said lot to the 22 Southwest corner thereof; THENCE West along the South line of said Plat of O'Connor and Cronin' s Midland Gardens No. 3, and the 23 Plat of O'Connor and Cronin's Div.
