ORDINANCE NO./4/74 - y1 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the portion of an alley south of Angle Lane and west of Friday Avenue WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, did by Resolution No. a ir% duly adopt and fix the 27th day of April, 1988, at 8:30 a.m. , as the date for public hearing; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and determination of said resolution has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, favorable statements and objections to the vacating of the herein described alley were heard and discussed; and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett that the said alley resolved to be vacated should be vacated pursuant to the terms and conditions of this ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the followng described right-of-way: That portion of the alley lying between a portion of Lot 8 and all of Lots 9 through 11, inclusive, and Lot 40, Block 2, Hewitt Heights Addition to the City of Everett per the plat recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, page 15, Records of Snohomish County, Washington, lying south of the northeasterly projected north line of said Lot 40 to a point on the line of said Lot 8, and lying northerly of the projection of the south lines of said Lots 11 and 40. Be and the same is hereby vacated pursuant to the conditions set forth in this ordinance.
