I t - 1• ORDINANCE NO./ Z,143-8'J7 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code) to encompass an area North of 112th Street SE between 1st Avenue West and Third Place SE Rezone #8-87 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on October 20, 1987, the Everett Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the 1 zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission has determined that said property I should be zoned R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential. NOW, THEREFORE, THE City of Everett does ordain: Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan as amended by Resolution No. ,Q,',7747.• Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the hereinafter described property: That portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 28 N, Range 4 E.W.M. and the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 28N, Range 5 E.W.M. , described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the Section line common to said Sections 24 and 19, and the North right-of-way line of 112th Street S.E. ; THENCE, East along said North right-of-way line to the SE corner of the Plat of Silver Lake Manor, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 28 of Plats, Page 41, records of Snohomish County; THENCE, North along the East line of said plat and the Northerly projection of said East line to the North line of the South 400 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 19; THENCE, West along said North line of the South 400 feet of the NW 14
