I <br /> t - 1• <br /> ORDINANCE NO./ Z,143-8'J7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map <br /> of the City of Everett as provided <br /> by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended <br /> (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code) <br /> to encompass an area North of <br /> 112th Street SE between 1st Avenue <br /> West and Third Place SE <br /> Rezone #8-87 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on October 20, 1987, the Everett <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the <br /> 1 zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission has determined that said property <br /> I should be zoned R-1, Single Family Low Density Residential. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning <br /> change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett <br /> and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan as amended by Resolution <br /> No. ,Q,',7747.• <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, <br /> Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the <br /> hereinafter described property: <br /> That portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 28 N, Range 4 E.W.M. and <br /> the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 28N, Range 5 E.W.M. , described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the Section line common to said <br /> Sections 24 and 19, and the North right-of-way line of 112th Street <br /> S.E. ; THENCE, East along said North right-of-way line to the SE <br /> corner of the Plat of Silver Lake Manor, according to the plat <br /> thereof, recorded in Volume 28 of Plats, Page 41, records of <br /> Snohomish County; THENCE, North along the East line of said plat and <br /> the Northerly projection of said East line to the North line of the <br /> South 400 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 19; <br /> THENCE, West along said North line of the South 400 feet of the NW 14 <br />
