iii. Parts or equipment assembly: assembly of products listed <br /> under manufacturing; <br /> iv. Commercial uses: office buildings, commercial parking, <br /> restaurants, equipment repair, business services, credit <br /> unions, branch banks; and <br /> v. Contractor's offices but not including outdoor storage of <br /> equipment and materials. <br /> c. Prohibited Uses: <br /> The following uses are expressly prohibited on this site, although <br /> other uses not specifically listed under permitted uses are also <br /> prohibited: <br /> i. Any combination of residential and non-residential uses <br /> on any lot or in any structure except for caretaker <br /> facilities; <br /> ii. Heavy manufacturing and industrial uses such as blast <br /> furnaces, foundries, forges, smelters, rolling mills, <br /> etc. ; <br /> iii. Manufacture of explosive materials or storage thereof; <br /> iv. Chemical manufacture such as production of fertilizer, <br /> petroleum, tars, creosote, asphalt, and pulp and paper <br /> production; <br /> v. Food processing industries which generate odors such as <br /> slaughter houses, fish canneries, stock yards, tanneries, <br /> rendering plants, and similar activities; <br /> vi. Sanitary landfills or any landfill operation; <br /> vii. Excavations, drilling and processing of minerals, or <br /> building materials; <br /> viii. Petroleum storage yards; <br /> ix.
