This issue of bonds is authorized by Ordinance No. <br /> of the City (herein called the "Bond Ordinance" ) for <br /> the purpose of providing money to pay part of the cost of <br /> refunding certain outstanding water and sewer revenue bonds of the <br /> City and for the purpose of providing money to pay part of the <br /> cost of the construction and acquisition of certain additions and <br /> improvements to the water and sewer system of the City, all in <br /> conformity with the laws of the State of Washington and ordinances <br /> of the City. <br /> This bond and the bonds of this issue are payable solely from <br /> the special fund of the City known as the "1985 City of Everett <br /> Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Fund" (herein called the "Revenue <br /> Bond Fund" ) created by Ordinance No. 1139-85 in the office of the <br /> Treasurer of the City.
