w � <br /> 4 <br /> • • <br /> 4 ' <br /> • affected Parity Bonds then outstanding, upon surrender for can- <br /> cellation of such bonds with all unmatured coupons and all matured <br /> coupons not fully paid, in equal aggregate principal amounts. <br /> E . Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this <br /> Section 22 , the consent of the Bond Insurer shall be required for <br /> any amendment to this ordinance . <br /> Section 23 . Severability. If any one or more of the cove- <br /> nants or agreements provided in this ordinance to be performed on <br /> the part of the City shall be declared by any court of competent <br /> jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such covenant or cove- <br /> nants, agreement or agreements, shall be null and void and shall <br /> be deemed separable from the remaining covenants and agreements in <br /> this ordinance and shall in no way affect the validity of the <br /> other provisions of this ordinance or of any Parity Bonds. <br /> Section 24. General Authorization. The Mayor, the Finance <br /> Director, Treasurer and the Clerk of the City and each of the <br /> other appropriate officers, agents and representatives of the City <br /> are each hereby authorized and directed to take such steps, to do <br /> such other acts and things, and to execute such letters, certifi- <br /> cates, agreements, papers, financing statements, assignments or <br /> instruments as in their judgment may be necessary, appropriate or <br /> desirable in order to carry out the terms and provisions of, and <br /> complete the transactions contemplated by, this ordinance. <br /> Section 25 . Prior Acts . All acts taken pursuant to the <br /> authority of this ordinance but prior to its effective date are <br /> hereby ratified and confirmed. <br /> Section 26. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effec- <br /> tive fifteen days after it becomes valid pursuant to Section 3 . 4 <br /> of the City Charter. <br /> Section 27 . Repealer. Any resolution, ordinance or pro- <br /> ceeding of the City, or any part thereof, inconsistent with the <br /> -61- KR180 88/01/11 <br />
