Service which will become due on such Parity Bonds for the period from the date of such calculation until the final maturity date of such Parity Bonds then outstanding. The words "Bond Insurer" means Financial Guaranty Insurance Company, a New York stock insurance company, or its successor in business, as the Qualified Insurer of the municipal bond insurance policy with respect to the 1988 Bonds. The words "Bond Register" mean the records maintained on behalf of the City containing the name and mailing address of each owner of the 1988 Bonds or the nominee of such owner, and such other information as the Bond Registrar shall determine. The words "Bond Registrar" mean the fiscal agencies of the State of Washington in either Seattle, Washington, or New York, New York, for the purpose of registering and authenticating the 1988 Bonds, maintaining the Bond Register, effecting transfer of ownership of the 1988 Bonds and paying interest on and principal of ( and any premiums pursuant to call on) the 1988 Bonds . The words "Bond Year" mean the one-year period beginning on the date of issue of the 1988 Bonds and ending on the day prior to the first anniversary thereof, and each subsequent one-year period. The words "1988 Bonds" or "Bonds" mean the "City of Everett, Washington, Water and Sewer Revenue and Refunding Bonds, 1988" authorized by this ordinance in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $48, 000, 000. The word "City" means the City of Everett, Washington, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Washington. The words "Computation Period" mean the period from the date of issue of the Bonds through the date as of which the Arbitrage Earnings Amount is determined pursuant to Section 12 of this ordinance. -5- KR180 88/01/11
