Hall Park and Other Soccer Fields <br /> - Library Block Property <br /> 6 - Museum <br /> - Park Land Acquisition <br /> 7 - Kasch Park <br /> - Thornton Sullivan Park (Silver Lake) <br /> 8 - Forest Park <br /> - Civic Center <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Costs may include all necessary design and construction expenses, including <br /> 11 furniture, equipment and appurtenances. The Administration shall plan for <br /> 12 and define specific projects to be reviewed by Council provided that the <br /> 13 total projects do not exceed $30,000,000 plus grants and interest earned by <br /> 14 Fund 150. In the event funds are insufficient to make all the improvements, <br /> 15 the Administration shall determine those improvements deemed most necessary <br /> 16 and in the best interests of the City, and shall forward the recommended <br /> 17 changes to the Council for its review. <br /> 18 Section 3: <br /> 19 A. The City Council may appropriate funds for the Community and <br /> 20 Recreational Improvements Fund of 1988 from any source, including but not <br /> 21 limited to .00025 B & 0 Tax, 1 .25% tax on gross revenues of telegraph, <br /> 22 telephone, electrical and natural gas business in Everett and .5% tax on <br /> 23 punchboards and pulltabs. Said B & 0 Tax rates are anticipated to be levied <br /> 24 at the following rate (cents per $1 ,000) to support said Fund: <br /> 25 <br /> B & 0 Capital <br /> 26 Tax Rate (Cents <br /> Year per $1 ,000) <br /> 27 <br /> 1988 25 <br /> 28 1989 25 <br /> 1990 25 <br /> 29 1991 25 <br /> 30 1992 25 <br /> 1993 20 <br /> 1994 20 <br /> 31 1995 20 <br /> 1996 20 <br /> 32 <br /> -2- <br />
