Cover the top of all flashings with flexible flashing("Grace's Vicor") per manufacturer spec and industry standard. 3. Install new water-resistive-barrier, integrate with fiashings ("Jumbo-Tex" 60-minute paper) per manufacturer's specification. � 4. Install new tight-knot cedar vertical and horizontal trim at inside and outside corners and window perimeters. 5. Install lames Hardie's"Hardi-Plank HZ-10" ,horizontal lap courses with flashing at each joint, per manufacturer's specification. 6. Install new metal flashing(coping) at roof parapet wall and integrate into existing roofing and adjacent walls. 7. Seal all siding to trim joints with "Quad" (OSI Sealants)caulking. 8. Garage inset walls(indicated with green dash box in photo above) not included in scope. 9. East inset walls/soffit ceiling(indicated by red arrows in photo above) not included in scope. 10. Corrugated fiberglass roof panels (as indicated by red dash box in photo above) not included scope. � 11. Paint all new installations to match existing building colors(separate contract).
