ENLARGING BOUNDARY LID 713 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /47//,5-- .F7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett , Washington, <br /> amending Section 2 °feolarnCeNo . <br /> boundariesand <br /> of <br /> Exhibit B thereto by enlarging the <br /> Local Improvement District No . 713 . <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett , <br /> Washington, has given due consideration to the special benefits <br /> to be received by each lot , tract and parcel of land within <br /> Local Improvement District No . 713 (the "District" ) and has <br /> concluded that property outside the existing District is <br /> benefited by the improvements ; and <br /> WHEREAS, " by Resolution No . 2939 adopted November 18 , 1987 , <br /> the City Council declared its intention to order the enlargement <br /> of the boundaries of the District and fixed December 16 , 1987 , <br /> 1 ' <br /> At 7 : O0 p .m. , local time, in the Council Chambers of the City <br /> Hall as the time and place for hearing all matters relating to <br /> the proposed enlargement and all objections thereto ; and <br /> WHEREAS, due notice of the above hearing was given in the <br /> manner provided by law, and the hearing was held by the City <br /> Council on the date and at the time above mentioned, and all <br /> objections to the enlarged boundaries were duly considered and <br /> overruled by the City Council , and all persons appearing at such <br /> hearing and wishing to be heard were heard; and <br />
