ALT CONFIRMATION ORD W/ENLGD BOUNDARY LID 716A ORDINANCE NO. /47/(-y7 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett , Washington, approving and confirming the assessments and assess- ment roll of Local Improvement District No . 716A for the acquisition of property and the construction 3rd Avenue S.E . , from Everett Mall Way South to 104th Street S.E . , in the City as provided by Ordinance No . 1185-85 , and levying and assessing a part of the cost and expense thereof against the several lots , tracts , parcels of land and other property as shown on the assessment roll revised in confirmity with Exhibit A attached. WHEREAS, the assessment roll levying the special assess- ments against the property located in Local Improvement District No . 716A in the City of Everett , Washington (the "City" ) , has been filed with the City Clerk as provided by law; and WHEREAS, after due notice and hearing in the manner provided by law, the City Council of the City, by Ordinance No. / 4'/O-87, enlarged the boundaries of Local Improvement District No . 716A to include additional property benefited by the improvements ; and WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing thereon and making objections and protests to the roll was published at and for the time and in the manner provided by law fixing the time and place of hearing thereon for the 16th day of December, 1987, at the hour of 7 : 00 p.m. , local time, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall , Everett, Washington, and further notice thereof was mailed by the City Clerk to each property owner shown on the roll ; and
