• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /$7e- A7.7 <br /> An Ordinance amending the Zoning Code Ordinance No. 's <br /> 3572, 3873, 3879, 4077, 499-78, 804-81, and <br /> 928-83, 1102-85, 1103-85 and 1104-85, (Title 19 E.M.C.) <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (EMC <br /> 19.04.010) which currently reads as follows: <br /> Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, certain terms <br /> and words are defined as follows. <br /> A. GENERAL: <br /> 1. Amendment means an official change in the wording, <br /> context, or substance of this ordinance; an official <br /> change in the boundaries or classifications upon the <br /> zoning map. <br /> 2. Board means the Board of Adjustment, as established in <br /> Section 19.70.010. <br /> 3. Commission means the Planning Commission of the City. <br /> 4. Comprehensive Plan means those coordinated plans in <br /> preparation or which have been prepared by the Planning <br /> Commission for the physicial development of the City, and <br /> adopted as policy by the Planning Commission. <br /> 5. Council means the Council of the City. <br /> B. SPECIFIC: <br /> 1. Accessory building or use means a use or structure <br /> customarily incidental to a permitted principal use or <br /> building and located on the same lot with such principal <br /> building. <br />
