it <br /> ))i WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 2921, adopted October <br /> 7, 1987, fixed November 10, 1987, at 8:30 a.m. , local time, in the Council <br /> j Chambers of the City Hall as the time and place for hearing all matters ' <br /> !!!I relating to the proposed improvement and all objections thereto and for <br /> II <br /> determining the method of payment for the improvements; and <br /> !; I <br /> WHEREAS, due notice of the above hearing was given in the manner provided <br /> 1 <br /> by such Resolution No. 2921, and the hearing was held by the City Council on <br /> i I <br /> the date and at the time above mentioned, and all persons appearing at such <br /> hearing and wishing to be heard were heard and all objections were considered <br /> by the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it to be in the best interests11 <br /> of the City that the improvement as hereinafter described be carried out and <br /> that a local improvement district be created in connection therewith; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON, DOES <br /> 11 ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: The City Engineer has examined such petition and has <br /> ; certified that he has determined such petition to be sufficient and that it <br /> 11 has been signed by the owners of 61% of the area included in the proposed <br /> II <br /> district. <br /> Section 2: The City Council of the City of Everett, Washington (the <br /> "City"), orders the construction of complete street, utility and signal <br /> I; improvements, and necessary appurtenances described in Exhibit "A" attached <br /> i <br /> hereto and by the reference incorporated herein. <br /> All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and <br /> specifications therefor prepared by the City Engineer, and may be modified by <br /> I'1 the City Council as long as such modification does not affect the purpose of <br /> the improvement. <br /> ii <br /> I <br /> 11I <br />
