• <br /> 1 (d) Upon every person engaging within this City in <br /> 2 the business of (1) printing and of publication of <br /> 3 newspapers , periodicals or magazines ; (2) building, <br /> 4 repairing or improving any publicly owned street, place, <br /> 5 road, highway, bridge or trestle which is used, or to be <br /> 6 used, primarily for foot or vehicular traffic or any <br /> 7 purpose; as to such persons the amount of tax on such <br /> 8 business shall be equal to the gross income of the business <br /> 9 multiplied by the rate of one-tenty (1/10) of one per cent. <br /> 10 (e) Upon every person engaging within this_ City in <br /> 11 any business activity other than or in addition to those <br /> 12 enumerated in subsections (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) and (e) above; <br /> 13 as to such persons the amount of tax on account of such <br /> 14 activities shall be equal to the gross income of the <br /> 15 business multiplied by the rate of one-tenth (1/10) of one <br /> 16 per cent.
