1 5. No entertainer at a place offering adult entertainment <br /> 2 shall demand or collect all or any portion of a fee from a <br /> patron for entertainment before its completion. <br /> 3 6. A sign shall be conspicuously displayed in the common area <br /> 4 of the premises, and shall read as follows: <br /> 5 THIS ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENT IS REGULATED BY THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT; ENTERTAINERS ARE: <br /> 6 a. Not permitted to expose their breasts below the top <br /> 7 of the areola, any portion of the pubic hair, <br /> buttocks, genitals or vulva and/or anus except upon a <br /> 8 stage at least eighteen inches from the immediate <br /> floor level and removed at least six feet from the <br /> 9 nearest patron; and <br /> 10 b. Not permitted to demand or collect all or any portion <br /> of a fee from a patron for entertainment before its <br /> 11 completion. <br /> 12 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Standards of Conduct and Operations. <br /> 15 The following standards of conduct must be adhered to by <br /> employees and entertainers of any public place of adult <br /> 16 entertainment which offers, conducts, or maintains adult <br /> entertainment: <br /> 17 1 . No employee or entertainer shall be unclothed or in such <br /> 18 attire, costume or clothing so as to expose to view any <br /> portion of the female breast below the top of the areola, <br /> 19 or any portion of the public hair, anus, buttocks, vulva <br /> and/or genitals except upon a stage at least eighteen <br /> 20 inches above the immeidate floor level and removed at least <br /> six feet from the nearest patron. <br /> 21 <br /> 2. No employee or entertainer shall wear or use any device or <br /> 22 covering exposed to view which simulates the breast of a <br /> female below the top of the areola, vulva or genitals, <br /> 23 anus, and/or buttocks, or any portion of the pubic hair <br /> except upon a stage at least eighteen inches above the <br /> 24 immediate floor level and removed at least six feet from <br /> the nearest patron. <br /> 25 <br /> 3. No employee or entertainer shall touch, fondle or caress <br /> 26 any patron for the purpose of arousing or exciting the <br /> patron's sexual desires; sit on a patron's lap or separate <br /> 27 a patron's legs. <br /> 28 4. No employee or entertainer shall allow a patron to touch an <br /> employee or entertainer on the breast, in the pubic area, <br /> 29 buttocks or anal area. No patron shall touch, fondle or <br /> caress an employee or entertainer for the purpose of <br /> 30 arousing or exciting the sexual desires of either party. <br /> 31 5. There shall be posted and conspicuously displayed in the <br /> common areas of each place offering adult entertainment a <br /> 32 <br /> 7 <br />
