0011P. <br /> RESOLUTION # 6 5 5 8 .404 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing <br /> Human Needs Priorities for 2013 Grant Funding <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of the Human Needs Advisory Committee is to annually review <br /> the human needs in the City of Everett, to prioritize those needs, and to allocate funds to most <br /> benefit those needs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Advisory Committee has recommended the following list <br /> of human needs priorities for 2013 funding to qualified programs inside the City of Everett: <br /> 1. YOUTH <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services (i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance/Legal Services <br /> d) Substance Abuse <br /> e) Pregnancy Prevention <br /> f) Abuse/Neglect <br /> g) Violence/Delinquency Prevention <br /> 2. ELDERLY <br /> a) Health Services (i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> b) Shelter/Food <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance/Legal Services <br /> d) Abuse/Neglect <br /> 3.
