She stated information will be posted on the <br /> City website. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Administration had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than 10 minutes, concerning a legal matter pursuant to RCW <br /> 42.30.110(1)(i)(c) with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, spoke about homelessness in Everett. <br /> Ed Glazer, Everett, read a letter from the Mayor's Diversity Advisory Board <br /> urging the Council to extend the application timeline for the interim City <br /> Council appointment to ensure an inclusive, thorough outreach effort and <br /> careful, deliberative and public selection process. <br /> Council Members Moore, Franklin, and Stonecipher were supportive of an <br /> extension of the deadline to ensure candidates have adequate time and <br /> there is an adequate diverse pool of applicants to consider. <br /> President Tuohy extended the application deadline to December 14 at <br /> 5 p.m. Application packets will be distributed to council members on <br /> December 15. President Tuohy stated the date for final interviews will be <br /> 422 <br />
