December 6, 2017 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> RESOLUTION — ENVISIONEVERETT 2037 REPORT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to adopt Resolution No. 7190 accepting the EnvisionEverett <br /> 2037 report as a foundation document for future planning. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Murphy and Franklin who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1711-56 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing the basic salary schedule for <br /> employees of the City of Everett for 2018, repealing Ordinance <br /> 3527-16 <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1711-56, and the city clerk was directed to call the <br /> roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Murphy, Franklin <br /> Ordinance No. 3581-17 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT — CONSULTING SERVICES ON LEGISLATIVE MATTERS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Outcomes by Levy, LLC to provide consulting <br /> services on legislative matters primarily at the state and regional <br /> 427 <br />
