This activity follows a number of actions and activities towards the implementation of the <br /> Everett Safe Streets Supportive Housing project by staff, Catholic Housing Services (CHS), and City <br /> Council, A Master Resolution has been prepared that initiates the following required actions: <br /> A. Utility/General Fund Property Transfer and Property Surplus; <br /> B. A Property Disposition Agreement with Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington and <br /> Exhibits: <br /> C. A Project Construction Covenant; and <br /> D. A Use Restriction and Operations Covenant and Agreement <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt A Resolution Declaring a portion of the approximately 21-acre City-owned Real Property Located at <br /> 6107 Berkshire Drive, Commonly known as the Water Reservoir#3 Site, as Surplus and Authorizing Its <br /> transfer to Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington. <br /> 7 <br />
