Portions of the old sewer lines associated with the easement have been decommissioned and/or <br /> redesigned for the Port's Waterfront Place redevelopment project. <br /> The attached Partial Release of Easement provides the necessary documentation to clear the title to the <br /> Port's property where the old sewer lines existed. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Partial Release of Easement to Port of Everett for areas adjacent to Seiner <br /> Drive in the Waterfront Place Development. <br /> 145 <br />
