The window well details on page 5 have been changed to reflect the dimensions of the window <br /> wells that will be used. <br /> ✓�. Note #5 on page 2 addresses this issue. Some verbiage has been added to clarify. Keynote <br /> reference symbols have been added at each faucet for clarification. <br /> — 3. A note requiring R-5 rigid insulation has been added to the building sections on page 5. <br /> — 4. Verbiage has been added to note#6 on page 2 about fire separation and wrapping beams and <br /> columns in type "X" GWB. Gypsum Association is the testing agency. File #FC5120 is the <br /> assembly proposed. <br /> — 5. Section marker on pages 1 &2 have been moved so that it does not cut thru the chimney and <br /> just shows the wall. <br /> -- 6. Item to be addressed by structural engineer. <br /> ✓7. A landing, retaining walls and stairs have been added to page 1 & 2 to deal with the grade <br /> issue. <br /> ✓8. The existing beam is adjacent to the chimney, not running thru it. The plan has been changed <br /> on page 1 &2 to reflect this. <br /> 9. Spans and point loads have been changed to reflect the correct dimensions and locations of <br /> walls that have been moved on page 2. Where conditions and point loads are equal or lower, <br /> the same size beam will be used. The foundation plan has been revised with larger footings <br /> where needed on page 1. <br /> 10. Missing fireblocking information has been added to the sections on page 5.
