But#33 was not addressed in the EIS either and it was covered in the <br /> shoreline permit. The EIS was pretty vague about where utilities would be located. Mainly said they would be provided. <br /> Mitigation measures were vague also: <br /> Coordinate with all utility service providers regarding the location of proposed structures, utilities and site <br /> grading during construction of each phase of redevelopment. <br /> Comply with requirements in the Consent Decree for all activities on the Landfill/Tire Fire site, including <br /> methods for installation of all utilities and services. <br /> Comply with City of Everett Utility system standards and applicable connection fees. <br /> Addendum 2 (Public Amenities)says <br /> The Railroad Corridor Trail is designed and located to accommodate the leachate collection system for the <br /> landfill..... and sewer collection facilities.
