Your original comments are shown in italics, our response in bold text. We have provided <br /> revised drawing sheets titled 'ASI #5'dated June 26, 2017 as a response to your comments. Revisions <br /> are clouded and noted with a delta 6. <br /> The Toilet rooms downstairs have increased in the number of fixtures. At least one ambu/atory stall is <br /> required in each of the toi/et rooms that have 6 or more water c%sets(and/or urina/s). Section 1109.2.2 <br /> Ambulatory stalls added. Refer to 1/A6.00 and 2/A6.00 <br /> A former o�ce area is now a conference room. The new conference room is separated from the break <br /> room by an operable partition. As the room may include both spaces, the code requires that we take into <br /> account the condition of one-large room. For this combined assembly occupancy the fol%wing comments <br /> apply: <br /> Each Door that can be used as an exit must a/so comp/y with egress provisions of Section 1010. <br /> Section 1010.1 <br /> The doors serving the A occupancy have been revised to conform to the requirements of <br /> Section 1010.1. Refer to A1.00 and A9.00 <br /> Each door that may be used for egress from the room to the exterior will require panic hardware, Section <br /> 1010.1.10, a/so see exception 1 for Main Exit. <br /> Door hardware has been updated to include panic hardware where required. Refer to Sheet <br /> A9.00 <br /> The occupant load should be posted. The nomendature of the sign should be shown on the p/ans. <br /> Section 1004.3 <br /> Occupant Load signage nomenclature has been added to Sheet A1.00 <br /> In addition to the above items, we have increased the amount of emergency lighting at the <br /> Conference Room.
