Scope of work is shown on the BW1410-004 permit issued on 3/4/2015 (including <br /> city-stamped revisions). Please call for an inspection when the following work is completed. <br /> a. Fire escape with WABO special inspection as noted during inspection. <br /> b. Emergency exit signage and lighting on first and second floors. <br /> c. Walls, ceilings and risers of interior second floor exit stair per detail 3 of sheet 4 of 4. <br /> CI. 3�4 hour fire resistive openings at second floor adjacent to fire escape. <br /> e. Carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors on first and second floors. <br /> 2) Per Hearing Examiner Order CE14-1025, a new permit application for the certificate of <br /> occupancy of the building must be submitted prior to the request for a temporary certificate of <br /> occupancy for the second floor residences. <br /> An issued temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) applies for a limited six month duration.
