I'm taking into account the SF of proposed lot 4.
If the new parking lot, which we would consider as 'new construction activities' on lot 4 is over$15K(50%of the $30K
valuation), sidewalk improvements are required. If you agree, I'll ask Kirk if he can get a valuation of just the parking lot
improvements. If the value is over 15K, I'd like to give him the comment below to include in his correction letter; but
please amend if you see needed tweaks.
New sidewalk, street trees and tree wells are required along the frontage of lot 4 according to the eroadway Mixed Use
(BMUJ zone standards. Lot 4 shows 111.44 feet of street frontage along Broadway as shown on the Preliminary
Approved Binding Site Plan map. Design the sidewalk to match with lot 3 (proposed WSU buildingJ and to align with the
existing sidewalk on lot 5.
Thanks,
Teresa Weldon
Associate Planner
City of Everett Planning Department
Direct: 425.257.7281
Permit Services: 425.257.8810
is irC

, f
° /yZ S r4i.a9e
 252`f8 /avrJc.
 3`e73 osfoF'hec r,in
cr -F.ee cL cvL-Frdh
tsh eet.
