The structure consists of <br /> CMU exterior walls, interior steel columns, glulam beams and wood trusses. Suite B is slated for <br /> demolition in order to make space for additional parking. <br /> There is a double 8" non-bearing CMU wall with a 4" space between the walls where Suite B meets the <br /> adjacent building. The adjacent building is self-supporting and does not rely on any of the Suite B <br /> structure for support. The walls share a common strip footing.
