Traffic Engineering accepts the study and the net i of 8 PM Peak Hour trips it demonstrates. This project will owe a traffic mitigation fee based on 8 tri , ($19,200 i he fee is paid in 2016). He also said he would attend the hearing to address any traffic issues that may come up. I did receive one public comment: I am writing in regard to the request of turning the church into a school, and then possibly adding a dormitory later. I am not in agreement of this proposal. Further north on 7th is already a school and a church/school. The traffic on 7th is taxed to the limit as it is now when the students and the congregation are let out. The signal at 7th and Everett Mall Way would not be able to handle the additional traffic from the new school. The noise level would also increase in the family orientated neighborhood. I do not know the objectivity of the school, but with the addition of a dorm warns me that this could possibly house troubled students. A neighborhood is not the best place to have a facility of this nature. The unknown of this project makes me pretty uncomfortable. Thank you, Geri Harshman 9308 4th Ave SE i ��4 � �
