_ Introduction / Proiect Overview Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) is planning to add a new office buildirig in their Everett Yard. The project is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of 15th Street and Winter Street. The project will include construction of a new office building, parking lot and associated utilities needed to support the proposed use. In �iddition to the proposed private improvements there will also be improvements made to 15th Street and Winter Street. These include building Winter Street to city stand�irds and adding a sidewalk along the east side. Private storm water improvements will include a conveyance system, pre-trE�atment vault and a detention pond. Public storm water improvements will include catch basins to intercept runoff from the road surface. Some runoff from public improvements will be directed into the private conveyance system. Portions of the project area were not directed into the pretreatment device and detention pond. To mitigate, upstream areas are being intercepted (Basin "B") and routed through � the pond. These upstream areas are equal to or greater than the untreated, undetained portions of the project site. � This report covers the design of the storm water conveyance system, pre-treatment vault and detention pond. .
