Service Fund for each Issue, with an amount allocated to each <br /> Issue in such fund in proportion to the original face amount of <br /> each Issue. <br /> ( f) Retention of Records of Determination of Rebate <br /> Amount . Records of the determinations of the Rebate Amount <br /> shall be retained by the City until six years after the <br /> retirement of the last Bond of the Issue. <br /> Section 5. Authorization of Rebate Fund . A special <br /> rebate fund is hereby established as Fund 644 entitled <br /> "Arbitrage Rebate Fund" . Not later than 30 days after each <br /> date on which the Rebate Amount is calculated for an Issue <br /> subject to Arbitrage Rebate Requirements, the City shall <br /> deposit the Rebate Amount in Fund 644 - Arbitrage Rebate Fund. <br /> Money held in the Rebate Fund shall be used solely to satisfy <br /> the City ' s obligation to make when due required installment <br /> payments of the Rebate Amount to the United States. <br /> Section 6. Payments of Rebate Amount . The Rebate Amount <br /> shall be paid to the United States in one or more installments. <br /> ( a) Times and Amounts of Payments . At least once every <br /> five years after the Date of Issue of the Bonds, the City shall <br /> make installment payments in an amount equal to at least 90 <br /> percent of the Rebate Amount then due . The first installment <br /> payment of the Rebate Amount shall be made no later than thirty <br /> days after the end of the five-year period beginning on the Date <br /> - 9 - <br />
