1 3 . "Hinder or obstruct" means to walk , stand, sit or lie in <br /> such a manner as to block or attempt to block or restrict <br /> 2 passage by others or to require persons approaching to take <br /> evasive action to avoid physical contact. <br /> 3 <br /> 4. "Bodily harm" means: <br /> 4 <br /> a. Physical pain, or <br /> 5 <br /> b. An impairment of physical condition. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 C.
