December 20, 2017 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., December 20, 2017, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Tuohy presiding. Upon roll call, <br /> it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 6, 2017, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> The minutes of the December 13, 2017, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> President Tuohy announced that citizen comments would be held after the <br /> applicant introductions for interim Council Position No. 4. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to concur with the following appointment: <br /> Board of Park Commissioners <br /> Appointment of Pamela Gerla to Position 6 for a six-year term <br /> ending December 31, 2023. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> APPOINTMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to concur with the following appointment: <br /> 444 <br />
