, 1 <br /> EL/FJFETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3586-18 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled, "Bond Street Railroad Crossing," Fund 303, <br /> Program 056 as established by Ordinance No. 3034-07 <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"Bond Street Railroad Crossing" Fund <br /> 303, Program 056, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been abandoned due to the lack of construction <br /> funding; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"Bond Street Railroad Crossing" Fund 303, <br /> Program 056, as established by Ordinance No. 3034-07, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Bond Street Railroad Crossing" Fund 303, <br /> Program 056, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Preliminary Engineering Costs $ 88,428 <br /> FHWA Repayment 64,815 <br /> Total Expenses $ 153,243 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> STPE-TCSP-0420(014) - Federal Grant $ 63,393 <br /> Fund 119 - Arterial Streets 89,850 <br /> Total Source of Funds $ 153,243 <br />
