RESOLUTION NO. 7 2 0 5 <br /> 011H/H/.17414011110v <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring the City's intent to accept a gift from Animal Rescue <br /> Foundation(ARF) in the amount of$13,000, donated to the Everett Animal Shelter <br /> WHEREAS, Animal Rescue Foundation offered up to $13,000 towards the expenses of <br /> lab work, specialty surgeries and other veterinarian procedures; and <br /> WHEREAS, EMC 2. 105.020 grants the Mayor the Authority to conditionally accept <br /> gifts of personal property and the Mayor does recommend acceptant of this gift of <br /> $13,000.00 to the Everett Animal Shelter; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Everett accept the gift of <br /> $13,000 from Animal Rescue Foundation towards the expenses of lab work, specialty <br /> surgeries and other veterinarian procedures. <br /> 11 <br /> Council member Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of January , 2018. <br /> / 4,(4-ie_____ff-1477---...___. <br /> Qouncil President <br />
